This happens automaticly when you wrote a comment and rated the mod.

hey buddy;

ratings and votes will be displayed next to your comment.

if you are writing a comment, this feature will display your star rating and also your vote (positive / negative).
in total it will give your comment a little more trust. write a bad comment while voting good - doesn't make sense at all
you can change (user)settings to disable this feature - but i wouldn't recommend it.
