Why can i not scroll the images from mods?, even i have the Google chrome full updated?.Normally i see white border around the images,then i know i can scroll them with my lrft right arrows keys.sins a couple of day? i can't do that no more;(

Why can't i flip throw the images with my cursor like i always do? mostly i see white border around the images when i can flip images with cursor,but sins a couple of day's i don't see that white border around the images nomore even i have the update google chrome.
